1. What is included in the sale? In the U.S. alone, the personal coaching industry makes up over $1 billion of the $10 billion personal development industry. I am a coach and saw an opportunity to teach aspiring and fellow life coaches how to become a coach and grow their businesses. I acquired the domain name bettercoach.co and built a destination for coaches to perfect their craft and get more clients. The site has only existed for about a month but a set of articles I wrote and pushed through Pinterest are starting to get traction. In the past month since setting this site up I've sold $2250 worth of coaching services through the site. I am selling it because I am a coach and entrepreneur and already have a thriving coaching business. I don't have the capacity to scale this site to its potential. This is an excellent website for a coach who wants to coach other coaches or an entrepreneur who wants to capitalize on the growing coaching industry. It includes: Professional design Relevant domain name Branded email address High-quality free-use imagery 7 evergreen keyword-researched blog posts Acuity scheduler embedded to accept calls Email capture with two content freebies Affiliate income-generating book recommendations page ... and much more 2. What is the technological stack ? All you need to run this website: Domain hosted on Godaddy Website built with Squarespace Branded email via Gsuite Appointment scheduler via Acuity 3. Which parts of the project are incomplete? This is a live fully functional and live website. It is ready to go. All you would need to do is set up a Squarespace and Acuity account in your name which I can assist with. I also recommend setting up a Pinterest account to continue promoting the articles. 4. Do you have any traffic? Yes, it is starting to get a small amount (but growing) traffic via a set of evergreen articles I wrote and promoted via Pinterest. I am a Pinterest influencer so have no doubt the traffic will continue flowing and growing and I can share my tips with the new owner. I can also share existing traffic stats with interested parties. 5. Why are you selling? I am selling it because I am a coach and serial entrepreneur and already have a thriving coaching practice and several other businesses. This was a fleeting idea that I built in a weekend and, though I love it, my team and I don't have the capacity to scale the site to its potential. 6. How can the future owner turn the project into a business? Organic efforts (evergreen content): I've already set up the site in a way where you already have a pre-built sales funnel. I would write a few keyword-rich articles per month that are optimized for terms that aspiring coaches search for on Pinterest and Google. Promote the articles on Pinterest (if the post performs well on Pinterest it will automatically give you a boost on Google) and use the existing opt-in to get visitors into your email list where you can continue marketing to them. Paid efforts (social ads): Run paid ads on Linkedin or Facebook to generate leads to the site. Additional monetization: In addition to selling 1:1 coaching services, I strongly suggest creating digital products like ebooks and online courses to unlock passive income. There is also an opportunity for you to add more affiliate products that coaches would be interested in.
